Shipping Policy
When will my order be shipped?
- All orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (or if that is a holiday, Tuesday).
- You will be provided a tracking # through email (and text if you chose that option at checkout) once the item(s) has been prepared for shipping. This tracking # can be used to monitor delivery.
How will my order be packaged?
- We ship all action figures in boxes designed for their particular size and pack with paper and/or air bags to fill in the open areas, which minimizes movement within the box while in transit.
I received notification, but do not see my package.
- If you receive notification of delivery, yet do not see your package, check the tracking number for more information (as to where the package might have been left). Also note, from time to time, USPS will scan an item as delivered before it actually goes out for delivery, in most all cases, we find that the package arrives the next day.
- For USPS deliveries, we suggest that you call your local USPS office (not 800#) and request additional information. They can typically speak directly to your route carrier.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
- Quest Toys cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS/ UPS/ DHL tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with USPS/ UPS/ DHL to report your lost shipment.
